Hey, nice to meet you:
We're skillet- we like to party. Our crew puts the flava in your shindig, literally. From weddings and BBQ's to fundraisers and corporate meetings, we think food is a pretty important part of the festivities- so we like to start there. And because every party is different, we're always ready to talk about what you have in mind for your shindig!

How we roll:
We approach food service a couple of ways. Buffet and family style are pretty popular requests, however there's more than one way to eat a burger. Sometimes a hearty apps spread or a plated dinner is in order- and of course people can order at the truck- we're a street food vendor too! We now offer drop-off/delivery as well- making it easy to get skillet grub to your office party or small gatherings at home

As a full service catering boutique we're the one stop for all your party set up, service, bartending, and clean up- keeping it easy for you to get your party on!

For guests with discerning taste, we offer aluminum camping plates, assorted mishmash silverware, mason jar glasses, water carafes and napkins to make your party a real skillet shindig- ask about availability!

Food?
It's what sets us apart from everyone else- we use local, organic, and freshly-sourced product as much as possible. Our chef team is always stirring up something in our super-top-secret skillet laboratory that keep us on the innovative front of the Seattle food scene. We have some seasonal favorites we like to do, and of course some famous skillet classics, but don't hesitate to get your special request into our kitchen too.

This costs money right?
Yes it does. We have a $1000 food and beverage minimum when the truck is onsite- Labor, gratuity and sales tax collection are in addition. If your event is outside the Seattle city limits, we’ll ask for some help covering travel expenses. Delivery typically runs about $30 on top of your food order- minimum food order of $100 for delivery!
