Slider sized mini-burgers that can be eaten with or without the buns/condiments.
We ate them without buns at our first summer BBQ with a side kale/beet/cabbage salad. Guests can eat one, two, three or more! Super easy to prepare and delicious!
1 lb (.50 kilo) high quality ground beef, preferably grass fed
2-4 tb (30-60 ml) bacon jam (sorry, didn't measure)
1 good splash Balsamic vinegar
several shakes seasoning salt (I prefer Spike!)
mash it all together
form into tiny patties
throw them on the grill
eat with or without buns
