In the near future, we are planning on partnering with chefs who are committed to local/seasonal food, that is executed impeccably yet simply. Chefs that are committed to having a quality of life, as well as attention and pride for the craft in which they belong.
Our goals are to introduce skillet along the west coast and in order to make that happen, we need great people...great chefs

We plan on expanding skillet to at least 5 cities and 20-30 trailers within the next 5 years.
